Have a project in mind but not ready to commit to a full design consultation? Start here. In 15 minutes on the phone, I'll learn what you're trying to accomplish, answer your questions about the process and timeline, and let you know if Indiana Fine Woodworking is the right fit. No pressure, no design work, no commitment — just a conversation with the maker. If we're a good match and you want to move forward, the next step is a $150 design consultation where I come to your home, take measurements, and develop the concept. That fee is credited toward your project if you proceed.
Cancellation Policy
In-Home Design Consultation Policy Scheduling & Availability: Consultations are scheduled by appointment only Please provide at least 24 hours notice when booking We serve the greater Indianapolis area and surrounding communities Travel beyond our standard service area may require additional scheduling coordination What to Expect Consultations typically last 60-90 minutes Please have measurements of your space available if possible (we'll also measure during the visit) Feel free to share any inspiration photos, sketches, or ideas you've collected. Pintrest or other similar sites are great inspiration. We'll discuss materials, finishes, timeline, and budget during our visit. After Your Consultation: You'll receive custom drawings within 2-3 weeks along with a quote. Drawings will include detailed specifications and dimensions. Design revisions are welcome as we refine your vision together No obligation to move forward—this is your opportunity to explore possibilities Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule We understand life happens—just give us a call or text at 317-210-3216 Investment Initial consultations are $150, which will be applied toward your final invoice. Payment is due at the time of consultation (no checks accepted). Project quotes will be provided after the design phase A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production once designs are finalized. Change orders can be negotiated during the process.
