Shipping Policy
Our guarantee to our customers is prompt delivery. Orders are processed immediately upon receipt and will ship within 2 business days and at the speed determined at the time of purchase via, UPS, FedEx ground or US Mail, depending on location and weight. If we are out of stock on an item, we will either back order or cancel that item according to any special instructions entered with your order.
The buyer pays all shipping, handling, delivery, and installation costs unless otherwise noted or agreed upon and entered into writing. All custom furniture and cabinets project timelines will determine delivery and installation schedules.

Return & Exchange Policy
Buyer may return products at cost plus shipping and is subject to a restocking fee of $15%. Buy will coordinate and pay shipping on returns.
No returns of special, custom, or made-to-order Products will be permitted. No returns will be permitted more than sixty (60) days after delivery. All deposits placed for special, custom, or made-to-order Products are non-refundable.
